Metra Fit 1-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
During this time, if the product is found to be defective or does not perform as advertised under normal use, Metra Fit will repair or replace the item at no extra cost to the customer.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, water exposure (unless stated as waterproof), drops, or improper handling of the device.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required to validate any claim.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Prepare documentation: Gather proof of purchase and any relevant information about the issue.
Contact us: Reach out to Metra Fit customer service via email or our website to report the issue and submit the required documents.
Follow return instructions: If advised, return the product to Metra Fit for inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Repair or replacement: Once your claim is approved, we’ll either repair the device or send a new or refurbished replacement of the same model.
